Always keep your data accurate and up to date within the EVOLT ACTIVE app, as this will ensure you then receive accurate readings each time you scan!

To update your profile go to - More - Edit Profile - and click on the section you wish to update.

Goal - Fat Loss, Muscle Gains & Better Health ALL require different macro requirements so be specific of your goal.

Reminder if you are wanting to loose fat as well as gain muscle. Pick Muscle Gains first as will need to eat in a surplus in order to GROW then when you have reached your goal, switch to a fat loss. Recommendation, scan before switching goals so you can confirm you have reached the desired muscle you were chasing, as well as update the macro requirements for a fat loss or cut phase.

Body Type - read each one to ensure you have selected the right one!

Activity Level - This is so important to choose the one in which you PLAN on doing. As this plays a big role in generating the macro requirements.

Activity Type - Again select what you are PLANNING to do.

The message is clear - be accurate and if things change ADJUST so your macro requirements are spot on.
