    Preparation Instructions:

    1. Download the Evolt Active app and create your profile before your appointment.

      • Set your goals and enter all information accurately for best results.

    Recommended scan conditions:

    • First thing in the morning after emptying your bladder

    • Fasted (no food prior)

    • Well hydrated (clear urine)

    • No caffeine or caffeine supplements

    • No exercise or activity that raises body temperature before scan

    • Avoid alcohol and processed foods 24 hours prior

    • For hormonal accuracy, avoid scanning at the start of your period or around ovulation

    • Cannot scan if pregnant or have a pacemaker

    Tip: Scan at the same time of day and under the same conditions every 4 weeks to track progress accurately.
